How do I choose the right hat fit?
Our hats come in several different fits and crown heights. Check the Fit, Crown and Features listed on each product page to find the style that's right for you.
Our most popular Richardson 112 has a classic Mid-Pro crown and regular fit. If you prefer a lower crown and smaller fit, look for our Richardson 115 Low-Pro styles. Our Richardson 168 features a distinctive 7-panel construction with a Mid/High-Pro crown and flat bill.

How quickly will my order ship?
Most orders leave our Portland, Oregon warehouse within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, we'll email you tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

We currently offer FREE standard shipping within the lower 48 states.
Most orders ship from our Portland, Oregon warehouse within 1–2 business days via USPS or UPS. Standard delivery typically takes 3–6 business days after shipment.
Normally, when we are not on promo, our standard orders are charged a flat rate of $3.00.
How are my hats packed?
We carefully ship every hat in a sturdy corrugated box to protect its shape and keep it clean during transit. We double-wrap our beautiful products in tissue and butcher paper to ensure your new hats arrive clean and ready to wear.
What is your return, exchange, and quality guarantee?
We want you to love your Tailgate Hat. If the style or fit isn't right for you, you can return or exchange it within 60 days of your order date.
Return and exchange shipping is free, making it easy to try a different style or fit.
